Golden Plumbing is growing fast and looking for a motivated, reliable Dispatcher to join our team! No experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person. If you're organized, great on the phone, and ready to be the heartbeat of a busy service team — this is your shot.
Job Summary:
As our dispatcher, you’ll be the link between our customers and our field plumbing team. You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with technicians, and make sure every job runs smoothly from the first call to the final fix.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
- Dispatch plumbers efficiently based on location, skillset, and urgency
- Communicate with customers to confirm and follow up on appointments
- Assist technicians with routing, materials, and job notes via our software (we use ServiceTitan)
- Keep customers informed of technician ETAs and any scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate records of jobs and service calls
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly and clear communicator (phone written)
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to learn dispatch software and plumbing service workflows
- High school diploma or equivalent
