Golden Platter Foods, a leader in frozen prepared foods, is expanding operations and hiring an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our USDA/FDA-regulated facility in Linden, NJ (training in Newark, NJ).

What You’ll Do
- Supervise all daily quality control and food safety activities on the plant floor.
- Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
- Conduct inspections, testing, environmental monitoring, and internal audits.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update SOPs, HACCP plans, and quality documentation.
- Train production staff on GMPs and food safety.
- Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of food manufacturing or processing experience (USDA/FDA facility required).
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems.
- Ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively with production teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- HACCP or PCQI certification is a plus.
- Experience with SQF or GFSI-certified facilities is desirable.
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site in Linden, NJ
- Training conducted at Newark, NJ location
- Occasional weekends or holidays may be required
