What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Line Chef position at Golden Pheasant Inn?
Responsible to produce consistent, quality food, sustain a clean and sanitary food area, take inventory of station items, maintain good working order of production areas and equipment, maintains all back of house security standards, promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale. Daily breakfast and lunch with specialty dinners and/or events on weekends and occasionally during the week.
Requires reliable transportation to and from work. Must be flexible with schedule, able to work mornings or evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Culinary degree and ServSafe certification strongly preferred. Previous line cook or food prep experience preferred.
