Watch our new company video to learn more!Location: Richfield, WI (30 minutes from Milwaukee and Waukesha)We're Looking For A: Sales & Operations ManagerLocation: Richfield, WIWhat You'll Be Doing:Develop and lead an S&OP process for pet food.Create dashboards and measure KPIs for the organization such as forecast accuracy and production efficiencies.Innovate and deploy tools that support continuous improvement within S&OP.Works closely with Demand & Supply Manager on forecasts, WOH targets and aged inventory.Creates and manages capacity models for each category and presents risks to leadership team.Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.Coordinates and facilitates regular planning meetings with Supply Chain and executive teamCommunicate with planning and production about promotions, new products and launch timing updates.Determine optimum inventory levels by item based on lead time, MOQs, sales history, and seasonality.Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to ensure alignment and resolves any supply or demand issues.Assist in the new product development process.Becomes an ERP (NetSuite) superuser and assists with training when necessary.Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required.
