About the Role As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you'll provide hands-on daily care and support to residents. This role is a great fit for experienced caregivers or people new to senior care who are eager to learn — on-the-job training is provided.
What you'll do:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Support resident independence, dignity, and confidence
- Provide compassionate, professional care at all times
- Accurately document care and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Follow all facility policies and state regulations

- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
