Pay Range: USD $16.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.
Verify incoming reservations and room blocks. Assure all rooms are properly coded. Verify transaction of desk clerks to assure accuracy and correct and errors.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers. Supervises programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
- Development of staff, trains, and evaluate.
- Manages departments financial data maintain all master accounts.
- Review front desk shift activities with Front Office Manager.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Adhere to all applicable Innkeepers Laws, Gaming promotions, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior high-volume customer service experience
- Two years of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Display strong work ethic and team work.
