Assist the Director of Database Marketing with segmentation, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of the customer database as related to marketing initiatives. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates both internally and externally to ensure all marketing communications are sent out on time.
- Develop reports utilizing MS Excel and SQL
- Assist in post-campaign and post-event analysis and create reporting for distribution to management team regarding casino offer, new business, event and tournament performance.
- Tracks invoices and assists with budget management
- Proofreads mail and email communications for accuracy.
- Demonstrate precision in data analysis and data proofing.
- Assists with predictive and post analytics to understand consumer behavior, including implementation of test and control methodology
- Executes on workflow processes to produce marketing offers and tracking
- Supports marketing team in execution of promotions and events
- Assist and participate in Marketing functions as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain priority lists and meet deadlines in stressful times
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with SQL preferred
PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES A GAMING LICENSE BY THE NEVADA GAMING CONTROL BOARD
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years relevant experience working in casino industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience equivalent
