Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases, loans, and pawns
- Examine and appraise merchandise including jewelry, firearms, electronics, tools, and more
- Maintain clear and accurate transaction records
- Supervise team members and assign tasks as needed
- Analyze store performance and help the store adapt to any changes in the market
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Follow all store policies and help ensure a safe environment

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven management experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations
- Willingness to carry a firearm during working hours
- Solid communication skills with both customers and coworkers
- Computer literacy and the ability to follow procedures accurately
- An interest in learning about different types of products and helping customers make informed decisions
Extra Skills We Appreciate:
- Multilingual speakers
- Experience in retail, banking, or customer service
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm for jewelry or firearms

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
