Valet Key Attendant
As a Valet Key Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing efficient and courteous valet services.
Responsibilities
- Safely and responsibly park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas
- Maintain a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles
- Assist guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles
- Promptly issues valet claim ticket. Retains departmental valet claim ticket and ensures return of guest’s portion of valet claim ticket
- Ensures accountability of all tickets. Immediately reports variance to supervisor
- Ensures that all keys are logged, pulled and placed on the window ledge in the order that they were time and date stamped
- Manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage
- Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff
- Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; Report any damages or issues promptly and accurately
- Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
