Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms according to department guidelines and high standards.
- Ensure all room amenities are stocked and displayed in the appropriate manner.
- Ensure all fixtures are in perfect working order.
- Change bed linen, make beds, replace towels, dust, vacuum, mop floors and empty trash.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and more than 55 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
- Must exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service.
- Communication skills needed to understand and respond to guests’ requests.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Manager.
- Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience
