Gas N Roll Supervisor

Overview

The Gas N Roll Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the convenience store, fueling station, and liquor store while providing exceptional guest service. This position supervises team members during assigned shifts, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, maintains store standards, and supports sales and profitability goals. The Supervisor serves as a leader and role model, promoting a positive work environment and delivering a superior customer experience consistent with Golden Nugget values. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the sale of alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and other regulated products.

Responsibilities

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise and direct Gas N Roll and Liquor Store associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the convenience store, liquor store, and fueling areas.
• Open and close the convenience store and liquor store according to company procedures.
• Oversee fuel, tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and merchandise sales in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure proper age verification procedures are followed for alcohol, tobacco, and other age-restricted products.
• Monitor cash handling activities, including tills, deposits, reconciliations, and cash accountability for both retail operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, rotating, and merchandising products within the convenience store and liquor store.
• Monitor and maintain liquor inventory controls to minimize loss and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure shelves, coolers, displays, and promotional areas are properly stocked and merchandised.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and appearance standards throughout all retail areas.
• Conduct shift change procedures and communicate operational updates to management and team members.
• Train, coach, develop, and provide performance feedback to associates.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage as directed by management.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor loss prevention efforts and report suspicious activities, theft, or policy violations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, health and safety regulations, and all applicable liquor licensing requirements.
• Complete required reports, audits, inventory counts, and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional programs designed to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Colorado liquor laws and regulations preferred.
• Experience managing or supervising liquor store operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, product merchandising, and age-restricted sales compliance.
  
  

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
