Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment
- Keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
- While previous experience as a Barback is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment
