Responsibilities
- Maintains a professional image.
- Maintains professional working relationships.
- Stocks liquor, beer, wine, soda and ice.
- Cleans and organizes bar areas.
- Cleans and stocks glassware.
- Adheres to alcohol awareness standards.
- Maintains security of bar products.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Assists guest as needed.
- Notifies manager of unhappy guests.
- Performs assigned sidework duties.
- Assists mangers/chefs as directed.
- Stands during 6-8 hour shift.
- May be required to assist service staff during peak periods.
- Able to manage unsatisfactory guest experience.
- Lifts 50 pound trays during shift and may carry upstairs.
- Able to hear guest order and requests amidst loud, background noise.
- Able to clearly verbalize response to guests.
- Fluent in English.
