Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with valet & luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service
- Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions
- Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings
- Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay
- Adhere to all security and safety regulations
- Park and retrieve all guests and patrons cars using care and caution at all times, following all departmental rules and regulations as well as driving safety rules.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Assist Bell & Door employees as needed.
- Write claim tickets for guests vehicles being parked as specified in departmental rules.
- Perform duties of traffic control and monitoring driveway lanes to efficiently park and retrieve guests vehicles.
- Previous experience as a Valey Attendantor Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
