Posted Salary Range: USD $22.50 - USD $22.50 /Hr.
As an EVS Supervisor you are responsible for leading the team of cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in various areas.
Responsibilities:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Responsible for the overall daily cleaning needs of the casino/hotel.
- Schedules staff on respective shifts and assigns daily chores.
- Can recommend hiring or terminating in conjunction with disciplinary action.
- Trains line employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Environmental Services management.
- If in the process of performing duties access to RESTRICTED areas is needed, appropriate security escort will be provided.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Should be familiar with cleaning equipment and chemicals
- . Two (2) years supervisory experience in environmental services or housekeeping preferred
- Good organizational and communication skills required.
