Job Summary
Golden Nova Cleaning is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team. We provide both non-toxic (eco-friendly) and standard residential cleaning services, tailored to our clients’ preferences. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces following health and safety standards
- Use non-toxic or standard cleaning products based on client requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing when requested
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Properly use and maintain cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality work for at least 1-2 years
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing
- Familiarity with non-toxic and standard cleaning products is a plus
- Ability to provide cleaning supplies is preferred (details discussed during onboarding)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
