Lead Housekeeper
Schedule: Thursday–Monday (Tues/Wed Off), 9:30 AM Start time

Position Summary
The Lead Housekeeper ensures exceptionally clean and organized guest rooms and oversees daily housekeeping operations. This role supports the General Manager, works regularly scheduled morning shifts, and helps maintain smooth, efficient department performance.

- Ability to assign tasks and support other team members
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs. (occasionally 50 lbs.)
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, including removing linens and completing all cleaning tasks
- Inspect rooms cleaned by other attendants to ensure quality and standards
- Learn and use housekeeping software to create daily task lists and update room status
- Monitor and report supply and amenity inventory needs
- Participate in interviews and training for new housekeeping staff
- Ensure attendants have the tools and supplies needed for success
- Operate basic office equipment (computer, printer)
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the General Manager
- Maintain proper uniform and name tag for a professional appearance
- Address guest requests or concerns courteously and promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned

This position requires standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20 lbs. (occasionally 50 lbs.).
