Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive living environment, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing community resources effectively. Duties
- Manage resident relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Oversee leasing activities, including upselling available units and managing contracts.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and legal administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks, including tracking leases and tenant information.
- Coordinate maintenance requests using Yardi work order system to ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain standards and address any issues proactively.
- Develop and implement community events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Background in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
