Golden Management Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable On-Site Property Manager to join our team in Bakersfield, California!

As an On-site Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for current residents and prospective tenants. The position is part time and includes on-site residency, allowing you to provide responsive and professional assistance with tenant needs and property operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring all units and common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Collect rent and manage tenant accounts accurately and responsibly.
- Advertise and market available units to prospective tenants.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquires and address any issues with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor work to meet property standards.
- Maintain accurate records and report regularly on financial and operational performance.
- Promote a respectful, positive, and professional community environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.(Property Management experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.
- cash handling experience required.
- Knowledge of property management principles, rules, and regulations preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Ability to relocate to the property(on-site residency required).
- Bilingual(English/Spanish) strongly preferred
