On-Site Manager

Golden Management's client, Equity Management Inc, is recruiting an On-Site Property Manager to join their team in Stockton, California.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to enter the world of property management. As an On-Site Property Manager, you will be the first point of contact for tenants looking to rent and residents already living on the property. This position is part-time, but because you will be living on-site, you will have to address any upcoming issues with tenants as needed respectfully and professionally.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including: collecting rent from tenants, advertising and marketing vacant apartments throughout the property, ensuring property is CLEAN, SAFE, AND ORDERLY and addressing any and all tenant inquiries.
• Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.

Required Skills:

• Proven work experience as property manager (A PLUS).
• Must have customer service skills. Customer focus is very important when dealing with prospective tenants and residents.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
• Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
