Golden Management Inc. Is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Contractors to join our team in the Fresno County This role offers a consistent workload servicing both apartment buildings and single-family homes. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, is reliable, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs across assigned sites.
- Handle Plumbing, electrical, painting, and general handyman tasks(additional skills are a plus).
- Use your own tools and transportation to complete daily assignments.
- Respond promptly to work requests from on-site managers and ensure all repairs are completed efficiently.
- Document and report all completed work thoroughly.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with tenants and management staff.
The following are MANDATORY for contracting(we can help you get started if needed):
1. General Liability Insurance
2. DBA or Business License
3. EPA Certificate for Lead & Mold
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
*Pay can be negotiated*
