Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Prepare and package carry-out orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist guests with menu questions, dietary restrictions, and recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including counters, dining spaces, and workstations.
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing clear information about orders or services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and support other restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous host/host experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and serving techniques enhances your suitability for this role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to ensure positive interactions at all times.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is key.
