Job Summary
We're Golden's first dedicated mat Pilates sculpt studio, opening April 2026. We're a boutique, community-first space built around great programming, great music, and instructors who genuinely love what they do.
We are thrilled to be opening this spring with a community-first approach. We're not looking for warm bodies to fill a schedule. We're looking for people who want to be part of something, show up with intention, and help build a community that members are genuinely excited to be part of.

What we are looking for
- Mat Pilates certification from a recognized body
- Strong musicality — movement should connect with the music, not just happen alongside it
- Warm, people-first energy — members should feel known by their second class
- Reliable. Showing up matters here.
- Personal insurance umbrella policy - to be purchased before start date
Responsibilities
- Arrive early, access the studio via lockbox, and set up the floor before the first member walks in
- Check clients in and greet every person by name
- Deliver a high-energy, on-format 50-minute class with strong musicality
- Stay on the floor for 10–15 minutes after class — say a genuine goodbye to every single person and be available for questions
- Reset the studio and lock up if no manager is on-site
This isn't a drop-in-and-teach situation. We're building a community where members feel known, and that starts with the instructor.

Schedule & Availability
We run 31 classes per week. Available time slots are:
Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM
- 9:00 AM
- 12:00 PM
- 5:00 PM
- 6:15 PM
Saturday
- 8:00 AM
- 9:15 AM
- 10:30 AM
Sunday
- 9:00 AM
- 10:15 AM
* Our pre-launch pop ups begin late March, we would love for you to teach them (with owners on site for support) if you’re comfortable with this - please include it in your application.
You tell us when you're available and we build around that. Minimum availability of 3–4 classes per week preferred.
