Qualification & Requirements:

· Good standing Registered Nurse or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.

· Clinical or other work experience as per PA laws and/or federal laws and regulations.

· CPR certified

· Valid Driver's License and Acceptable MVR.

· Pediatrics experience is helpful, but not necessary. We offer exceptional training for all nurses.

Essential Job Functions:

· Patient assessments and coordination of care.

· Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members.

· Assess and observe patient’s condition and prepare plan of care.

· Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.

· Prepares clinical progress notes, assists the clinical team in performing specialized procedures, equipment, materials, assists patient in learning self-care techniques.

· Completes all required documentation in accordance with the standards of the agency, and regulatory requirements.

· Implements infection control and safety practices according to agency policies.

· Adheres to OSHA guidelines.

· Any other job functions assigned by the DON.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
