Base Salary: $60,000 per year
Compensation Structure: $60,000 Base Commission (On-Target Earnings: $120,000 Uncapped)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role
As our Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the field. This is a highly active role where you will travel to pre-set appointments at customers' homes across Northern California. You will conduct technical assessments, recommend safety solutions, and provide on-the-spot quotes to help families make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Consultations: Travel to scheduled leads to perform site assessments and technical measurements.
- Solution-Based Selling: Recommend specific accessibility products (lifts, ramps, etc.) based on the client's physical needs and home layout. Act as a trusted advisor to seniors and their families throughout the purchasing process.
- On-Site Quoting: Generate professional proposals and handle customer objections in real-time.
- CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline, log detailed site notes, and coordinate with the installation team for seamless job handoffs.
Qualifications
- Direct Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in outside sales, in-home estimates, ideally in the residential services industry.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to take accurate measurements and understand basic home construction.
- Professional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with elderly clients.
- Reliability: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required for company vehicle).
- Tech Skills: Experience using CRM tools and digital quoting platforms on a tablet/mobile device.
