- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing daily recreational and therapeutic activities for residents
- Support group activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise programs, and social events
- Encourage resident participation while respecting individual abilities and preferences
- Assist residents to and from activities when needed
- Help set up and clean up activity spaces and materials
- Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who are unable to attend group programs
- Support special events, holiday celebrations, and themed activities within the facility
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents
- Document participation and observations as directed by the Activities Director
- Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ emotional and social well-being
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creative mindset with enthusiasm for engaging residents in meaningful activities
- Ability to assist residents with mobility to and from activities when necessary
Salary : $16
