What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at Golden Heart Veterinary Care?
The front reception team at Golden Heart Veterinary Care will make both the first and last impression on our customer. For this reasons, strong customer service and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities for the position include: greeting customers as they arrive and making them feel comfortable and welcomed, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, escorting clients and pets into exam rooms, assist technicians or doctors if needed as we all work as a team. Applicants must have a happy, warm, welcoming disposition, a willingness to work as a team, an understanding of excellent service, and a passion for animals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
