Job Summary:
The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes.
Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Memory Care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
Qualifications:
- Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance along with a clean driving record
- Prior home care experience is a plus
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
