Position: East Valley Sales Representative
Location: East Valley, AZ
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the East Valley area. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and enhancing our services in the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong outside sales background, preferably in the healthcare sector or similar experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, self motivated and goal driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, hospice providers, senior focused organizations, and community organizations to optimize referral sources.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue in the East Valley.
- Educate potential clients and their families about our services and the benefits of senior home care.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Attend networking events and represent the company at community functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related home care fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with home care services is a plus.
