Golden Heart Home Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to join our team for a skilled private duty case in Midland MI. Hours are 12-4p Tuesday-Friday.
The nurse will be responsible for:
- Ventilator care/monitoring
- Total patient care assistant
- skilled nursing assessments
- medication administration
- ADL support and personal care
- Documentation per care plan
Ideal candidate must have:
- Active Michigan LPN license
- Ventilator/trach experience preferred
- Compassionate bedside manner
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Be willing to obtain professional liuability insurance
