What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk position at Golden Haven Spa LLC?
Golden Haven Hot Springs in Calistoga is looking for a full-time desk clerk. Starting at $22 per hour.
We have 28 hotel rooms and a full-service spa. The position requires that you answer phones, make hotel and spa reservations, check people in, and provide excellent customer service.
Important skills for this position include: Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environments, sales driven, excellent communication skills, comfortable working in a group environment, comfortable working on your own, computer skills are a must.
You must be able to work evenings and weekends. It is likely that in the beginning of your employment most of your shifts will be 8 hours between the hours of 10:00am-10:00pm depending on the day.
Your training period will be for three weeks, 5 days a week. After you finish training, we will fit you into our schedule, and we expect to schedule you for 4-5 days a week.
Because this position is in Calistoga, we will only consider people who are currently living in the Santa Rosa, Napa County, and Lake County areas. You must be over 18 and a high school graduate to be considered for this position.
