Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other professionals in delivering ABA therapy services to clients with autism
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to supervisees to ensure high-quality services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective communication and care coordination
- Conduct client assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to continuously improve services
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional client outcomes
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis 9ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy services, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on client care and safety
- Competitive hourly rate of $95 - $115 hourly
