Knowledge of Quick Books a plus, but not necessary. Answer phones, take messages, type estimates, filing, dealing with management companies, etc. Will train in the workings of our office
Duties
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing documents, typing correspondence, and preparing contracts.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Experience in clerical work or administrative roles
- Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills
