Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Biloxi, MS. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance inquiries, addressing customer concerns, processing policy changes and renewals, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. The CSR will also provide proactive customer support by identifying and meeting customer needs while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to provide friendly and professional assistance to clients
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring positive Customer Experiences
- Skills in maintaining Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance management software
- Prior experience in the insurance industry and handling personal lines is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or customer service are a bonus
- Ability to work on-site in Biloxi, MS, and provide support during designated hours
