The candidate will join the store team located in The Plaza, 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite 5, Las Vegas, NV 89109
The position will report directly to the Store Manager.
MISSION
The Stock Keeper is responsible for the maintenance of an optimal level of inventory, ensuring a continuous supply to meet the sales plan and achieve sales objectives, monitoring inventory levels and making necessary adjustments. The Stock Keeper takes care of goods receipt, restocking and warehouse reordering in an environment of retail excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Offer a warm welcome to the clients, making everyone feel part of the Golden Community;
- Overseeing weekly arrivals of merchandise, managing the packaging of items for customer shipments and returns, conducting regular stock checks, and overseeing monthly sample inventory checks and overall inventory management;
- Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to creating a positive work environment, and fostering collaboration based on communication and information sharing;
- Collaborate with the team in sales, pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store;
- Passionately convey the brand’s vision and heritage to clients, representing its values authentically;
- Gain a deep understanding of Golden Goose iconic products/elements and share the company’s visions and projects to clients with passion;
- Actively contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are showcased accordingly with the brand's image and standards;
- Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance and health & safety standards;
- Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement;
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in local language. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce;
- Stock management experience: previous experience preferably in retail/ Customer service sector is considered as a plus;
- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Effective time management, prioritizing tasks efficiently;
- Strong team player;
- Availability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed;
- Flexibility to travel for specific mission or support.
