Based in: NY – HQ

Reports to: CEO, Americas


Are you a dynamic and data-driven CRM expert with a passion for luxury fashion? At Golden Goose, we’re not just building sneakers, we’re building communities. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to grow and elevate our U.S. CRM team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect of the customer journey, designing and executing strategies that delight and engage clients across every touchpoint, whether in-store or online.


You’ll bring our global CRM vision to life at the regional level while collaborating with our international team and working directly with the CEO of the Americas.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize & Lead: Shape and execute U.S. CRM strategies that align with our global vision- driving acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty.
  • Analyze & Activate: Transform customer data and behaviors into meaningful insights and turn those insights into targeted campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Empower the Team: Be the go-to contact for all local CRM initiatives: training and supporting retail, e-commerce, and customer care teams to deliver a seamless, elevated customer journey.
  • Drive Connection: Lead customer engagement programs and in-store events that spark community, deepen relationships, and bring the Golden Goose ethos to life.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with our worldwide CRM team to adapt and execute clienteling programs locally while ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
  • Measure & Share: Track KPIs, identify new opportunities, and deliver insights that guide strategy-sharing results directly with executive leadership.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in CRM, with a strong background in the luxury or high-end fashion market.
  • Data Savvy: A passion for numbers and a strong analytical mindset. You should be comfortable with data analysis and using insights to inform strategy.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in other languages, such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese, is a plus.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, and an expert-level command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can build strong relationships with local and global teams.
  • Flexibility: The willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 - $160,000 Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, Golden Goose offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
