Joining the Retail Operations team at our HQ NY, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our store network. This role will partner closely with store teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional departments to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and support an exceptional in-store customer experience from a strategic and operational standpoint.
You will act as a key liaison between HQ and stores, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across all locations.
This role oversees stock inventory management across North America, including the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, totaling 58 locations.
Responsibilities:
Stock & Inventory
(Supported by in-store Stock Referents)
- End-to-end stock inventory governance
- Stock accuracy, transfers completion, shrinkage control, and delivery capacity management
- Cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits
- Inventory exception management and root-cause analysis
- BOH Standards and Organization
Product Flow & Supply Operations
Process Optimization
- Partner with HQ on structural process reviews and operational efficiency improvements
- Continuous optimization of store-level workflows
Returns Governance
- Define timing and processes for returns in partnership with Merchandising
- Workload optimization on store staff to secure business continuity
- Peak season and high-volume period management
Admin & Operations
- Store compliance (procedures, audits, SOP governance)
- Invoice checks, operational approvals, and event-related documentation
- Tools & systems coordination (POS, ERP, operational platforms)
Reporting & Controls
- Weekly operational dashboards (negatives, open documents)
- Proactive issue detection and escalation management
- Operational support to Store Managers and Regional Teams
- Operational calendars & deadlines (open documents, petty cash, compliance flows, product flows
Marketplaces Solutions
- New process design and operational system improvements
- ERP solutions coordination to secure stock management accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
- 4 years of experience in Retail Operations within stores and corporate
- Experience with various retail software (xstore, stealth, salesforce)
- Experience working on store openings and visuals (windows, displays)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with all levels of the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Understanding of retail financial metrics, budgets and P&L
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities, operate under ambiguity and maintain composure under pressure
- Flexibility to travel often, work under a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Self-motivated, team player and ability to work autonomously with an organized and flexible approach
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
