Position Summary:

The Commercial Partnership Manager plays a key role to shape growth strategy, and strengthen key partnerships within specialty/independent accounts, LATAM accounts and Bergdorf. Bringing proven wholesale experience and strong industry relationships you will maximize sales, boost client relations while partnering cross functionally with merchandising, planning, finance, customer service etc.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales forecasting and planning with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Presenting seasonal collections during Sales Campaign via showroom and digital appointments, road trips, email and phone outreach
  • Managing and maintaining the order book from the sales campaign appointments
  • Coordinate with the customer service team for management of stock and deliveries
  • Producing sales performance analysis and relating actions, with the goal to drive in-season business.
  • Travel to conduct trainings, review visual merchandising standards, and stock inventory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients, through in-season follow up.
  • Account management including handling enquiries, complaints, managing customer expectations and supporting with queries
  • Entering orders onto the system in an efficient and time effective manner
  • Running sales reports to support account managers with discussions between clients each season
  • Contribute towards the development of the department in line with consumer demands and business opportunity.
  • Close collaboration with in-house sales teams based in Italy to maximize sales
  • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
  • Troubleshoot by providing creative and practical solutions
  • Inter-department communications including liaising with all departments involved in the order process.
  • Additional responsibilities as required


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of luxury wholesale experience, within the fashion and beauty industries
  • Good knowledge of retail math
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
  • Adaptability to find solutions and embrace change with a positive attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and use initiative
  • Numerical and analytical ability: able to understand and interpret financials and sales KPIs
  • Customer service / client management experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Good planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills required, both over phone and email
  • Hight attention to detail
  • Passion for sales and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly driven to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Ability to frequently travel as required, including overnight
  • Additional languages are a plus


This role has potential to travel for business needs or as requested.


Employee must be comfortable with physical elements of the job, including (but not limited to) carrying boxes, standing (ability to stay on feet), and using a step ladder.


The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 - $125,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
