What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver, Med Tech - Part-Time SWING SHIFT position at Golden Girls Residential Care LLC?
Want less residents to care for on your own so you can spend more time making connections and providing personal care? We're seeking caregivers to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner in our smaller assisted living homes. This is a cross-trained position for responsibilities such as: assisting with nursing duties, helping residents with taking prescribed medication, assisting with hygiene and personal care, providing pleasant and supportive companionship, being dependable and punctual, completing simple housekeeping tasks, and documenting and reporting any unusual incidents.
Must be 18 to work as a caregiver (or 17 with a CNA license). Those without caregiving experience are welcomed to apply. We provide training and assistance to attain all required certifications. We will pay for CNA classes for interested individuals. CNAs, HCAs and those with experience are compensated at a higher hourly rate. Benefits, such as paid leave and 401K contributions, begin after a 90-day probationary period.
We maintain a variety of shifts, including days, swings, and NOC shifts. Our combined scheduling can offer different shift hour opportunities. We are currently hiring for day shift and swing shift hours for full-time and or part-time.
