Seeking motivated and experienced Part Time Recreation Aide for a Skilled Nursing Facility on Staten Island. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with the elderly. Monday-Wednesday-Friday : 9:00am - 5:00pm ; 1 weekend a month
Job Description:
Assist department staff with the implementation of activities and programs for residents; focusing on individual interests/group programs/transporting to and from activities.
Prepare event spaces, transports residents to programs, and assists during games, crafts, and social events.
Helps lead daily group and one-on-one activities and documents resident participation.
Art/Music background A
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Recreation Aide: 2 years (Required)
