Commercial Truck Salesperson

*Please note: this position requires in-person work in the South Bay area. Bilingual skills are a plus.*

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Truck Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside and outside sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. This role requires a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs, as well as the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as communication skills will be essential in serving our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

•    Making outside sales and meeting customers at their place of business
•    Select and assist in the selection of products based on the customer’s needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
•    Design, produce, and communicate product specifications to customers.
•    Terms of sale, and service agreements.
•    Ensure high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships thus increasing the potential for repeat business.
•    Learn sales techniques and product features.
•    Report daily or weekly activity.
•    Assist in display and advertising of dealership inventory, might include taking photos, walk-arounds, decals.
•    Have knowledge ability to use Social Media for advertising.
 

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Vocational businesses, Contractors, and Small Businesses; preferably in a commercial environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with market dynamics and customer behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems for managing client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Salary : $110,000 - $200,000
