Golden Gate Cleaners is a growing, locally owned cleaning company in San Francisco hiring reliable Cleaning Crew Members. We specialize in high-quality residential, apartment, and Airbnb turnovers — and we’re looking for people who genuinely take pride in a space that shines when they’re done.

What You’ll Do

∙* Clean residential homes and Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers to company standards*

∙* Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces*

∙* Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and reset spaces for guests or homeowners*

∙* Follow detailed checklists for each job*

∙* Communicate professionally with team leads and management*

∙* Travel to job sites within San Francisco (reliable transportation required)*

What We’re Looking For

∙* Strong attention to detail — you notice the things other people miss*

∙* Reliable, punctual, and professional*

∙* Comfortable working independently or alongside a small crew*

∙* Physical work: standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs*

∙* Smartphone required for scheduling and job updates*

∙* Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required — we train the right person*

∙* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus*

Schedule & Pay

∙* Part-time with opportunity for full-time hours as we grow*

∙* Weekday and weekend availability preferred*

∙* $20–$28/hr based on experience and job type*
