Golden Gate is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Daycare Director to lead and oversee the daily operations of our childcare center. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing, educational environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of daily daycare operations.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
- Lead, support, and evaluate a team of 15 or more teaching and support staff.
- Foster effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Uphold and promote the positive reputation and values of the Center.
- Maintain compliance with state and local childcare regulations and licensing standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management and supervision of 15 or more staff members.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood best practices.
