Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Enthusiastically demonstrate knowledge of beer, spirits, and wines
- Present menus, utilize suggestive selling techniques, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverage options
- Accurately take beverage and food orders and input into POS system using Universal Seating guidelines
- Handle payment transactions and ensure correct change or receipt is provided; obtain required guest signatures
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and report concerns to management
- Assist team members with food running, side work, and drink service when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- Ensure all food is served in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- Proven experience delivering high-touch guest service in a fun, high-energy environment
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-volume setting
- Comfortable with self-banking and cash handling
- Previous experience using POS systems, computers, and calculators
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
- Frequently push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
- Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer

- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
