Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
- Monitor guest and employee activity using a CCTV surveillance system to identify, document, and report illegal, suspicious, or non-compliant behavior
- Conduct routine audits, player evaluations, close watches, and department-specific reviews.
- Perform tape/VCR checks and dealer pace audits as assigned
- Maintain working knowledge of current gaming operations, surveillance procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 year of law enforcement, security, or surveillance operations experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
- This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
- Nevada Gaming Registration
- Occasionally push/pull up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
