Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel and casino interiors, including elevators, corridors, and common areas by sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, mopping, stripping, and buffing floors
- Remove linen from chutes and replace hampers; empty and clean indoor trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
- Remove dust and stains from high areas and clean bio-hazardous items in accordance with OSHA standards and company guidelines
- Clean, store, and maintain equipment such as extractors, buffers, and vacuums, reporting malfunctions promptly
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least 3 months of experience in a similar role or training in public area cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use basic mathematics
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
