Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
- Greet guests in a friendly and upbeat manner
- Refill water and non-alcoholic beverages, and offer refills when glasses are half full
- Clear tables promptly and sweep surrounding areas as needed
- Transport soiled tableware to the dishwashing area and replace silverware as appropriate
- Set and reset tables according to outlet standards
- Polish glassware and silverware to maintain presentation quality
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, rotating stock using FIFO procedures
- Maintain a general knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Assist in running food as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 6 months of previous experience working in a full service dining venue preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
- Food Handlers Card

- Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
