**LVN Shifts**
Golden Empire Nursing and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Grass Valley, CA. We provide nursing and therapy services to the geriatric population. We are a 5 Star rated facility and take great pride in our wonderful staff.
Requirements:
You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents. Such care must be delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing.

- This individual will be providing primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the resident's attending physician or the DON of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.
Education/Requirements:
- Must be a licensed LVN
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Valid registration as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in State of CA
- Current CPR training from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $35-37 depending on shift, availability, and experience.
