Job summary
Under general supervision of the Doc Draw Manager, the Doc Drawer is responsible for drawing loan documents for FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo and Niche products.

Essential job functions
- Verify all information regarding fees, rates, property information, etc. in loan file to ensure
accuracy prior to drawing loan documents. - Complete doc draw for all programs
- Ensure completed loan documents are accurate and in compliance with underwriting,
investor and regulatory requirements and conditions. - Research problems using available resources, such as manual and doc services, etc.
- Complete other task as requested by department manager
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with current knowledge of the mortgage
banking industry - 2 plus years of Mortgage Banking Doc Drawing experience.
- Ability to prioritize working order from based on established due dates.
- Experience working with multiple investor guidelines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Additional Abilities required
- Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-up, written and verbal communication
skills. - Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive
working relationships. - Basic math skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and knowledge of internet
browsers. - Having a working knowledge of RESPA and other Federal, State and industry
compliance requirements.
Compensation Disclosure
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The pay range for this role is $16.50 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime is paid in accordance with California state and federal labor laws. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, may be available based on performance and business needs.
At-Will Employment
This position is classified as at-will employment in accordance with California law. Employment may be terminated by either the employer or employee at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
Work Location
This position is primarily based in our office located at 1200 Discovery Dr. Bakersfield, Ca. Regular in-office attendance is required during standard business hours.
