Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Taekwondo Instructor located in Katy, TX. The Taekwondo Instructor will lead classes for a variety of skill levels and age groups, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include teaching Taekwondo techniques, leadership class, individualized feedback, and preparing students for belt progression exams. Additional duties may include assisting with promoting classes, maintaining a positive school environment, and ensuring proper discipline and respect are upheld.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Taekwondo with demonstrated technical expertise
- Coaching and Training skills to guide students of various experience levels effectively
- Strong Communication skills to foster clear instruction and build positive relationships with students and families
- Ability to manage diverse groups and maintain a motivational environment
- Certification in Taekwondo or related martial arts disciplines is highly preferred
- Prior experience in teaching or coaching martial arts; an equivalent combination of skills and experience will also be considered
- Passion for martial arts and a commitment to developing students' skills, discipline, and confidence
